Packing for the Seasons When Visiting Universal Orlando Resort


Although most of the year Florida is considered to be extremely warm, it’s important to consider the average temperatures and estimated rainfall when visiting. 
Check the weather forecast for the days you will be visiting closer to your trip to best know what to pack. (Yes, the forecast is almost always wrong, but temperature wise at least it’s somewhat accurate, lol)

SPRING

Go ahead and mentally prepare yourself for the scorching hot temperaturess. Summer in Florida can be brutal. There’s not skirting around it.

This is the time of year that it’s particularly important to pack:

  • Light weight, moisture wicking clothing.
  • Shorts/Biker Shorts for anti-chafing
  • Short-Sleeved or tank tops
  • Loose, flowly dresses
  • Leight weight, breathable sneakers
  • Cooling towel
  • Portable fan
  • Anti-Chafing stick
  • Re-usable water bottle
  • Electrolyte replacement to-go packets
  • Sunglasses + Hat
  • SPF 50 or higher sunscreen + SPF chapstick
  • Rain Jacket/Poncho
  • Collapeable umbrella
  • Extra socks

FALL 

  • September
  • October
  • November
Time to pack those layers for the colder Florida temperatures. layers can be especially important. 
  • Light-weight but warm cardigan or sweatshirt
  • Hogwarts House scarf
  • Hogwarts robe
  • Pair of Leggings and/or jeans

WINTER

  • December
  • January
  • February

Don’t forget to have bring:

  •  Warm jacket
  •  Scarf on hand
  • Favorite comfortable sneakers that may be warmer
  • Warmer socks
  • Hogswarts House robe
  • Gloves if really cold natured.
